Conditions of participation<\/h1>
1. How the referral program works<\/b>
You recommend our courses to friends, acquaintances, or family members.
Important: The referred person must explicitly name you as the referrer during registration (e.g., by providing your name or email address). Only then can the referral be credited to the referral program.

After providing your name, you will receive an email from us to confirm the referral. The referral will only be considered after your confirmation.<\/p>

If the recommended person subsequently enrolls in a course at Impact School, the referral is considered successful.<\/p>

2. When a successful referral is valid<\/b>
A recommendation is successful if all of the following conditions are met:
- the recommended person correctly names you as the recommender during the registration process,
\u2013 you confirm the recommendation via email,
\u2013 the recommended person is officially enrolled in an eligible course,
\u2013 and actively participates in the course for at least four weeks.<\/p>

3. Premiums & Benefits<\/b>
For every successful referral:
\u2013 you<\/b> as a recommender 250 \u20ac<\/b>,
\u2013 the referred person also \u20ac250<\/b>.
The premium will be in the form of a Amazon gift cards<\/b> paid out. A cash payout is excluded.<\/p>

4. Premium Payout<\/b>
You will receive your voucher once:
the referred person has attended the course for four weeks and
\u2013 all participation conditions are met.<\/p>

You will be informed by email about the status of your referral. The voucher codes will also be sent by email.<\/p>

5. Number of recommendations<\/b>
There is no limit<\/b> of the possible recommendations.
Every successfully referred person results in an additional bonus of \u20ac250 for you and \u20ac250 for the referred person.<\/p>

6. Tracking & Support<\/b>
You will receive email updates on the status of your recommendations.

7. Runtime & Changes<\/b>
The referral program is running until further notice.
The SIS Social Impact School GmbH <\/b>reserves the right to,
\u2013 to change the program at any time,
\u2013 to adapt the terms and conditions or
\u2013 to end the program.<\/p>

Changes will be communicated in a timely manner.<\/p>

8. No employment or contractual relationship<\/b>
Participation in the referral program constitutes no employment, agency, or partnership relationship<\/b>.
You are not authorized to act on behalf of Impact School or enter into contracts.<\/p>

9. No claim in case of cancellation or non-commencement<\/b>
A claim to the bonus is only valid if:
- the registration has been fully completed,
\u2013 the course has officially started and
\u2013 participation of at least four weeks has occurred.<\/p>

In case of non-commencement or early termination, the premium claim shall be forfeited.<\/p>

10. Abuse & Exclusion<\/b>
In case of suspected abuse, false information, or fraudulent behavior, the Impact School reserves the right to,
\u2013 Not paying out or canceling vouchers,
\u2013 exclude participants from the referral program,
\u2013 and consistently enforce the terms and conditions.<\/p>
