No matter which focus you choose: You want to reorient yourself professionally or plan your next step. Coaching is aimed at people with or without previous experience who want to develop new perspectives for their career path.
If you are unemployed, looking for work or interested in a professional reorientation, you can complete the coaching with an AVGS certificate. We will support you in clarifying matters with the employment agency.

The Impact School is certified by CERTQUA as an educational institution in adult education in accordance with the “Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion” (AZAV). CERTQUA is a certification body recognized by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS). This recognition means that the Impact School meets the requirements nationwide to enable various funding opportunities, including education vouchers (BGS) and activation and placement vouchers (AVGS), which support further vocational training or qualifications.
