The Impact School prepares people for professions that our society urgently needs – and gets them into employment quickly and sustainably.
We develop practice-oriented further training courses for career changers, people returning to work after a break, and individuals undergoing a career change – especially in areas with high demand for skilled workers such as education, childcare, and nursing.

Many people want to work in social professions – but traditional training paths are often long and difficult to access. At the same time, the very places where these professionals are most urgently needed are experiencing a shortage.
The Impact School creates new, practical pathways into work: We qualify career changers, people returning to work, and individuals undergoing career reorientation for positions in education, childcare, and nursing.
Our programs specifically prepare you for entry and combine qualification with real job market prospects. This creates concrete opportunities—for our participants and for a system that urgently needs support.

The Impact School is a platform for people who want to pursue a meaningful career in the social and educational sector. Our aim is to train qualified specialists who will shape the future of our educational institutions and ensure that children receive the highest level of care and support. We close the gaps in the pedagogical labor market through practical training and close cooperation with daycare centers, schools and educational institutions.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of background, gender or previous experience. Our programs are open to anyone who wants to pursue a career in the social sector - whether as a career changer or with existing experience.

Praxisnah, hochwertig und transparent
Unsere Weiterbildungen sind praxisnah, aktuell und konsequent am Arbeitsmarkt ausgerichtet. Mit modernen Lehrmethoden – von digitalen Tools bis hin zu Praxiseinsätzen – bereiten wir unsere Teilnehmenden optimal auf ihren Berufsalltag vor. Die Qualität sichern wir durch strukturierte Konzepte und qualifizierte Lehrkräfte. Inhalte, Ziele und Perspektiven jeder Weiterbildung stellen wir transparent dar, sodass Interessent*innen und Teilnehmende jederzeit nachvollziehen können, welche Inhalte, Ziele und Perspektiven mit der Weiterbildung verbunden sind.
Wir übernehmen Verantwortung in der Ausbildung von Fachkräften für den sozialen Bereich und bekämpfen den Fachkräftemangel aktiv mit nachhaltigen Lösungen. Um die Wirksamkeit unserer Angebote dauerhaft zu sichern, evaluieren wir kontinuierlich: Wir erfassen systematisch das Feedback von Teilnehmenden, Lehrkräften und Praxispartnern und nutzen diese Erkenntnisse zur gezielten Weiterentwicklung unserer Maßnahmen. Unsere internen Qualitätssicherungsverfahren überprüfen und passen wir regelmäßig an. So sind unsere Absolventen bestens auf die Anforderungen der Zukunft vorbereitet.
