With our further training as a nursing assistant / nursing helper including a care worker according to §§ 43b, 53b SGB XI, you can qualify quickly and practically for your entry into nursing.
Whether in nursing homes, outpatient services, day care, or clinics: dedicated employees are needed everywhere.
The further training is ideal for career changers and teaches you the basic knowledge for nursing and care. With your qualification, you will open up many opportunities for yourself: from direct entry as a nursing assistant to later further development as a nursing care assistant or registered nurse.

You will learn the basics of care: personal hygiene, support with nutrition and mobility as well as how to deal with elderly people and people with dementia.
You will also train in care documentation, communication within the team and with relatives and gain insights into emergency situations, housekeeping and geriatrics.
This module focuses on social care. You will learn how to activate senior citizens in everyday life, organize joint activities and promote their quality of life.
Another focus is on dementia, biography work and the role and legal basis of caregivers in care facilities.
Mit der Qualifizierung „Behandlungspflege LG1 und LG2“ erweiterst du deine pflegerischen Kompetenzen und qualifizierst dich für verantwortungsvollere Aufgaben in ambulanten Pflegediensten.
In 19 Wochen lernst du praxisnah, wie du medizinisch-pflegerische Maßnahmen wie Medikamentengabe, Vitalzeichenmessung, Wundversorgung oder Injektionen fachgerecht durchführst.
Viele Teilnehmende und Praxispartner schätzen das Zusatzmodul besonders, da PflegehelferInnen dadurch deutlich vielseitiger eingesetzt werden können. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss eröffnen sich dir erweiterte Einsatzmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Perspektiven in der Pflege.
In nur 10 weiteren Wochen kannst du den IHK Zertifikatslehrgang ,,Fachkraft für Gesundheits- und Sozialdienstleistungen“ in Kooperation mit der IHK Pfalz machen. Voraussetzung dafür sind das Modul 1 und 2.
Der bundeseinheitliche Zertifikatslehrgang vermittelt dir wichtige Kompetenzen für die Unterstützung und Betreuung hilfebedürftiger Menschen. Du lernst, professionelle Hilfe im Haushalt und bei der täglichen Versorgung in beispielsweise Pflegeeinrichtungen, Krankenhäusern oder im häuslichen Umfeld zu leisten.
Die Tätigkeiten konzentrieren sich auf unterstützende und betreuende Aufgaben. Pflegerische oder medizinische Maßnahmen werden ausschließlich von entsprechenden Fachkräften übernommen.

We also support you with application training and personal coaching to get you started in nursing - with real job opportunities.

It is important that you are interested in working in the care sector. The training is aimed at people with or without previous experience who want to start or develop their career in the care sector.
If you are unemployed, looking for work or interested in a career change, you can complete the training with an education voucher. We will support you in clarifying this with the employment agency.
