This results in a concrete plan with clear next steps for your professional future.
We create your professional application documents - from CV to cover letter.
In interview training, you strengthen your self-confidence and learn how to present yourself clearly and convincingly.
In this voluntary module, you will improve your German specifically for everyday working life.
In specialist language courses for nursing or education, you can practise typical professional situations and gain more linguistic confidence.
Insights into social and nursing professions, the school and daycare system in Germany as well as a wide range of fields of activity - from supplementary workers and school support to nursing assistance and other social professions.
You will spend four weeks immersed in the world of work and will explore your strengths and goals. After that, you'll know where you want to go - and how to get there.
You are interested in working in the social sector, e.g. in a daycare center, school, care or nursing. The coaching is aimed at people with or without previous experience who want to find or develop their career path in the social sector.
If you are unemployed, looking for work or interested in a professional reorientation, you can complete the coaching with an AVGS certificate. We will support you in clarifying matters with the employment agency.
Shortly after starting your career, you will be making a real difference to children's lives every day. There are numerous paths open to you - whether you explore new areas or gain further qualifications, your career can continue to develop.
