You will learn the basics of care: personal hygiene, support with nutrition and mobility as well as how to deal with elderly people and people with dementia.
You will also train in care documentation, communication within the team and with relatives and gain insights into emergency situations, housekeeping and geriatrics.
This module focuses on social care. You will learn how to activate senior citizens in everyday life, organize joint activities and promote their quality of life.
Another focus is on dementia, biography work and the role and legal basis of caregivers in care facilities.
We will accompany you on your way into the nursing profession. You will develop confidence in nursing terminology and in communicating with those in need of care, relatives and the team.
We also support you with application training and personal coaching to get you started in nursing - with real job opportunities.
Als Voraussetzung für den 4. Block gelten Block 1 und 2, wenn die geschafft sind, kannst du in nur 10 weiteren Wochen den IHK Abschluss machen.
Der bundeseinheitliche Zertifikatslehrgang „Fachkraft für Gesundheits- und Sozialdienstleistungen (IHK)“ vermittelt die erforderlichen Kompetenzen, um im Rahmen der Betreuung hilfebedürftiger Menschen „als qualifizierte helfende Person“ professionell Hilfe und Unterstützung im Haushalt und bei der täglichen Versorgung – in Heimen, Krankenhäusern oder in den eigenen vier Wänden – zu leisten.
Die Lehrgangsteilnehmer selbst legen bei der eigentlichen Pflege und der medizinischen Versorgung als Fachkraft keine Hand an. Dieses ist entsprechend qualifizierten und rechtlich zugelassenen Personen vorbehalten.
