About us

The Impact School prepares people for professions that our society urgently needs – and gets them into employment quickly and sustainably.

We develop practice-oriented further training courses for career changers, people returning to work after a break, and individuals undergoing a career change – especially in areas with high demand for skilled workers such as education, childcare, and nursing.

Our focus is not only on knowledge, but on real employability:
We accompany our participants closely, collaborate with employers, and create concrete transitions into the job market.

Because we are convinced:
There are enough people who want to work, but not enough clear paths.

These are the paths we build.

We put people to work where they are needed

Many people want to work in social professions – but traditional training paths are often long and difficult to access. At the same time, the very places where these professionals are most urgently needed are experiencing a shortage.

The Impact School creates new, practical pathways into work: We qualify career changers, people returning to work, and individuals undergoing career reorientation for positions in education, childcare, and nursing.

Our programs specifically prepare you for entry and combine qualification with real job market prospects. This creates concrete opportunities—for our participants and for a system that urgently needs support.

Potential employers

Our guiding principles

Our mission is to firmly anchor people in working life with free, high-quality education via the education voucher system. By working closely with employers and education ministries, we tailor our content precisely to the labor market and ensure that participants are taken on in permanent positions. After completing their training, our participants should be successful on the job market in the long term and independent of unemployment or citizens' benefits.

Dual further education with practical relevance

One day per week for practical experience in a nearby daycare center or school. Our participants gain valuable insights into working with children and learn to work in a team - an essential part of our training.

Well-founded curriculum developed with education experts

Our curriculum in the modern virtual classroom teaches the basics of pedagogical work, true to the motto „How do children work?“. Lessons in the mornings, flexible learning times in the afternoons - so that further education fits in with life.

Learning in a cohort-based course format

Learn together, grow together: our courses offer fixed groups, live sessions and practical tasks. The exchange with experts and other career changers boosts motivation and creates valuable networks.

Flexible lateral entry into various pedagogical professions

Our training prepares you for a variety of roles: School support, daycare and after-school care as well as childcare in private households. This gives participants the opportunity to flexibly enter various social professions.

Knowledge of regional requirements

Education in Germany is a matter for the federal states - and we know the specifics of each state. This is how we ensure that our training is optimally tailored to regional requirements.

Application support through to permanent employment

We leave no one on their own: from internship to employment, we accompany participants through the entire journey. Thanks to our network and intensive preparation, we maximize their chances of successful integration into the job market.

Ready to take the next step in your meaningful career in the social and educational sector with us?

Together with my network of education experts, I have developed a unique training program that enables career changers from all over the world to find secure and well-paid work in the German education system.
