You will learn the basics of care: personal hygiene, support with nutrition and mobility as well as how to deal with elderly people and people with dementia.
You will also train in care documentation, communication within the team and with relatives and gain insights into emergency situations, housekeeping and geriatrics.
This module focuses on social care. You will learn how to activate senior citizens in everyday life, organize joint activities and promote their quality of life.
Another focus is on dementia, biography work and the role and legal basis of caregivers in care facilities.
We will accompany you on your way into the nursing profession. You will develop confidence in nursing terminology and in communicating with those in need of care, relatives and the team.
We also support you with application training and personal coaching to get you started in nursing - with real job opportunities.
Get into the care sector in just 6 months and learn how to support people in their everyday lives, help them and give them quality of life - with real opportunities for a secure job.
It is important that you are interested in working in the care sector. The training is aimed at people with or without previous experience who want to start or develop their career in the care sector.
If you are unemployed, looking for work or interested in a career change, you can complete the training with an education voucher. We will support you in clarifying this with the employment agency.
Shortly after starting your career, you will be making a real difference to children's lives every day. There are numerous paths open to you - whether you explore new areas or gain further qualifications, your career can continue to develop.
