With our further training as a nursing assistant / nursing helper including a care worker according to §§ 43b, 53b SGB XI, you can qualify quickly and practically for your entry into nursing.

The further training is ideal for career changers and teaches you the basic knowledge for nursing and care. With your qualification, you will open up many opportunities for yourself: from direct entry as a nursing assistant to later further development as a nursing care assistant or registered nurse.

You will learn the basics of care: personal hygiene, support with nutrition and mobility as well as how to deal with elderly people and people with dementia.
You will also train in care documentation, communication within the team and with relatives and gain insights into emergency situations, housekeeping and geriatrics.
This module focuses on social care. You will learn how to activate senior citizens in everyday life, organize joint activities and promote their quality of life.
Another focus is on dementia, biography work and the role and legal basis of caregivers in care facilities.
We will accompany you on your way into the nursing profession. You will develop confidence in nursing terminology and in communicating with those in need of care, relatives and the team.
We also support you with application training and personal coaching to get you started in nursing - with real job opportunities.
Module 1 and 2 are a prerequisite for the 4th block; once you have completed these, you can complete the IHK qualification in just 10 more weeks.
The nationwide certificate course „Specialist for Health and Social Services (IHK)“ teaches the skills required to provide professional help and support in the household and with daily care - in care homes, hospitals or in your own four walls - as part of the care of people in need of help „as a qualified helping person“.
The course participants themselves do not provide the actual nursing and medical care as a specialist. This is reserved for appropriately qualified and legally authorized persons.
Get into the care sector in just 6 months and learn how to support people in their everyday lives, help them and give them quality of life - with real opportunities for a secure job.
It is important that you are interested in working in the care sector. The training is aimed at people with or without previous experience who want to start or develop their career in the care sector.
If you are unemployed, looking for work or interested in a career change, you can complete the training with an education voucher. We will support you in clarifying this with the employment agency.
