Special needs or support staff at a daycare center in North Rhine-Westphalia

Work professionally in a daycare center in North Rhine-Westphalia.
With our 160-hour qualification according to §3 PersVO NRW, you will acquire the competencies to be employed as a pedagogical specialist or support staff for a Kita's staffing ratio.

You will learn the most important practical basics for everyday childcare: pedagogical relationship building, educational work, cooperation with parents, and legal foundations of early childhood education.
The further training deepens your pedagogical knowledge – for example from our course on learning and development assistants – and specifically prepares you for everyday kindergarten life in NRW. After successful qualification, you can legally work in a kindergarten in NRW or continue your existing role.
