You will learn to relieve professionals in their daily work and provide professional support to individuals. The course is aimed at career changers, nursing assistants, and those returning to the workforce. At the end, there is an IHK final exam – upon successful completion, you will receive an IHK certificate.

Professional handling of elderly and needy people – especially with dementia and in challenging life situations. The certificate course is aimed at individuals with experience in caring for or interacting with people in need of assistance – for example, as a care assistant according to §§ 43b, 53b or through relevant life or professional experience.
