The course is aimed at career changers, nursing assistants, and those returning to the workforce. At the end, there is an IHK final exam – upon successful completion, you will receive an IHK certificate.

You will deal with communication, activation, nutrition, and basic nursing support services, and learn to accompany people safely, with dignity, and in a way that is close to everyday life.
Handling more demanding care situations, such as palliative care, as well as professional collaboration. You will also gain insights into the organizational and economic foundations of social services. Finally, you will apply your knowledge in practical tasks and prepare specifically for the IHK final exam.
Targeted preparation for the IHK final exam through repetition of key content, working with practical case studies, and typical exam formats. You will consolidate your knowledge, reflect on your role in a professional context, and apply what you have learned in a practice-oriented project. Finally, you will present your results and confidently enter the final exam.
In ten weeks, you will specifically qualify for entry into the health and social care sector and build in-depth knowledge.
The certificate course is aimed at individuals with experience in caring for or interacting with people in need of assistance – for example, as a care assistant according to §§ 43b, 53b or through relevant life or professional experience.
